The diary screen allows you to add/edit/delete past/future sectors.
On adding/amending future sectors it will check the database and prompt if
there are lounges you can use.
- When you enter a airport code into the origin/destination fields the system will check
if it holds data for that airport and a notification box will appear on the bottom left
of the window. If the airport is NOT in the database the system will pull that
airport's details from an external source and store them for faster future retrieval.
- Whenever you add/amend both origin & destination, the system will calculate the
distance between the two and display a notification Wait...
in the Distance field.
- To add a new sector fill in the required details in the top portion of the window. Note
that notes, seat number and aircraft type are all optional. Click the Add flight to log
button to save this new sector.
- To edit an existing sector scroll through the sectors list and click the
Edit button adjacent to the one you wish to change. The top window will be populated with
that sector's data; edit the relevant details and click the Update this sector
button.
- To delete an existing sector open the sector as if you were editing it (see above),
then click the Delete this sector button at the top left of the window.
- You can sort the sectors list by clicking on the column headers
