The lounge visits screen shows you lounges you are eligible to visit on
future sectors based on tier memberships & travel class, and allows you
to record your intention to visit lounges.
- Your list of future sectors in the database is summarised down the left hand side of
the page. Clicking the radio button adjacent to any of these sectors will query the
database for lounges at the origin airport and list them in the right hand frame.
- The list of available lounges at the origin airport will appear, showing
- A photograph if the system holds one (click for a bigger version)
- If you are eligible based on elite status, the airline cards which permit entry
- If you are eligible based on class of travel, the class which permits entry
- The system doesn't store data on departure terminals; If you know the terminal
you can filter out lounges not that terminal using the drop list at the top of the window.
- Click the Schedule a visit to this lounge button if you intend to visit the lounge
on this flight. If you have already scheduled a visit the button will read Modify Scheduled
Visit. The popup which appears allows you to approximate your time of arrival and note
any comments (eg. 'travelling alone, can admit guest')
- Enumerated at the bottom of the list are the lounges which you are NOT eligible to
visit on this sector. If you believe you should be eligible,
contact the administrators. If a lounge does not appear on either the eligible or
ineligible lists it may not be in the database - use the Click here to add a lounge
link at the top left of the window to add it.
